SparkleComm Application Privacy policy

"SparkleComm" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is a communication platform application (service) provided by Chongqing Loogear Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "We") for you to communicate.

We respect and protect the personal privacy of all users of this application service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy policy. However, the App will treat such information with caution and audit obligations. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the App will not disclose such information to the outside world or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. The App will update this Privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to this application Service Usage Agreement, it is deemed that you have agreed to all contents of this Privacy policy. 1. Scope of application

2. Description of permissions

1) Microphone permission: Allows you to use voice and video conferencing services. This permission is required for calls and audio and video.

2) Location permissions: Used for services such as attendance, in order to obtain a location for functions such as punching in.

3) Phone rights: Read the call record, obtain the mobile phone identification code, in order to complete the account login, and communicate with friends and contacts. Disabling this permission may affect the use of basic services.

4) Recording permission: Allows users to record the meeting in a voice or video conference for future use, such as retrieving the recording.

5) Storage permission: It is used to store the necessary application configuration files, read, write and delete local files, and your information can be synchronized and backed up on multiple devices to ensure your consistent experience. This permission is necessary to use the app.

6) Camera permissions: Some services require the use of your camera to complete operations in order to provide you with services such as QR code scanning, photography, video calling, video conferencing, and avatar modification. If these features are used, this permission is necessary to provide this service.

7) Address book permission: It is used to find out whether your friends have registered with this app. We will not collect your address book information.

The permission application varies depending on the system version.

3. Third party SDK

We need to work with partners to provide you with some services, such as message push and location, for which we integrate third-party software development kits (SDKS). These include: com.baidu.location(Baidu map) : Get your current location, mainly used for time punch module. com.huawei.hms and com.huawei.agconnect: mainly used for message push function, will not collect your other personal information, etc.

4. Information use

1) The App will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have prior permission, or the third party and the app (including the app affiliates) alone or jointly provide services for you, and after the end of the service, it will be prohibited to access including its previous access to all such information.

2) The App also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means. If any user of the application platform engages in the above activities, once found, the Application has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.

3) For the purpose of serving users, the App may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with the App's partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

5. Information disclosure

Under the following circumstances, the App will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or the provisions of the law:

1) This application account has a security protection function, please keep your user name and password information. This application will encrypt the user password and other security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, not abused and altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.

2) If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially the user name and password of the App are leaked, please contact the customer service of the App immediately so that the App can take appropriate measures.

3) We strictly comply with laws and regulations to protect the confidentiality of users' communications.

8. User usage specification

1) Users promise that they will comply with the seven bottom lines of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, social morality and information authenticity in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

2) The transmission of data must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and it is prohibited to publish, copy and disseminate illegal information.

3) Do not use this application service for illegal purposes and unethical behavior.

4) Does not interfere or clutter network services.

5) Comply with all network protocols, regulations, procedures and practices for the use of the Services. The user's Code of conduct is based on Internet regulations, policies, procedures and practices.

9. Disclaimer clause

1) The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. These damages may come from (including but not limited to) improper use of the Services, or non-compliance with the information transmitted.

2) The user expressly agrees to use the Company and the Application services at the user's own risk.

3) The company does not guarantee that the service will meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, and does not guarantee the timeliness, security, or error occurrence of the service.

4) The User understands and accepts that the reliability and usefulness of any information obtained through the Service depends on the User's own judgment, and the User assumes all risks and responsibilities.

11. Applicable law

The above provisions will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and all disputes will be referred to the people's court where this website is located.
